Sennheiser MKH 815T Shotgun Microphone + Case. T-power source (12V Tonaderspeisung powering) is required to use. Free shipping in USA. The Sennheiser MKH 815T is a 12v ‘T’ powered transformerless RF condenser microphone with a very narrow pattern — great for situations where placing a mic near actors or music is not possible. The low-impedance capsule design makes it virtually immune to high humidity and condensation. It has a Max SPL of 128dB. Similar to the Sennheiser 415, but with a narrower pattern and longer “reach”, it’s used in television, motion picture production and music recording situations. This MKH 815T shows some wear — but works great and comes used from a professional commercial production company. The body has various small nicks but is still in pretty good condition. The XLR plug end has a slight dent on the lip as seen in the photo but does not affect the ability to plug/unplug a female XLR plug or the microphone performance. The exterior of the case is worn, but does the job of protecting the microphone and the inside of the case is pretty good.
