It's a multifunction mute switch that works with any Shure TA4F-terminated lavalier microphone. What's really cool about the WA360 is that it functions in three different modes. You can set it to lock on and off, or in one of two momentary settings. When set in the push-to-talk momentary setting, the WA360 acts like an intercom button.
